Job Description

As an Executive in the Finance department, your primary responsibility will be to handle debt collection and monitoring, as well as reconciliation activities. You will be responsible for ensuring the timely collection of outstanding debts from customers, maintaining accurate records of payment transactions, and resolving any issues related to debt recovery.

Key responsibilities:

• Proactively contacting customers to follow up on overdue payments and negotiating repayment plans.
• Monitoring and reconciling incoming payments, identifying discrepancies, and resolving them promptly.
• Preparing and maintaining accurate records of debt collection activities and updating the financial system accordingly.
• Coordinating with other departments to resolve any customer queries or disputes related to outstanding debts.
• Preparing regular reports on debt collection progress and outstanding balances for management review.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Prior experience in debt collection and reconciliation activities.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in using financial software and MS Office applications.
