Job Description
We are currently seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as an Executive, Customer Service Telemarketing. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and promoting our products and services through telephone communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer calls and provide excellent customer service.
- Promote and sell products and services to prospective customers over the phone.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in customer service or telemarketing is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Goal-oriented with a positive and energetic attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
