About the Company
Talreso Consultancy & Advisory Sdn. Bhd. is currently seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the position of Executive – Customer Service. As a customer-centric company, we value excellent customer service and strive to provide the best experience for our customers.
Job Responsibilities:
- Delivering excellent customer service to customers via live chat, email, and call.
- Providing accurate information on products and services to customers.
- Consistently meeting individual and team KPIs and goals.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- No experience needed – Training will be provided.
- Excellent command of English in both verbal and written communication.
- Able to work on rotational shifts (24/7).
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM2,00.00 – RM2,500.00 per month
