Job Description

We are looking for experienced Customer Service Executive who are well-versed with the freight forwarding industry. The candidate must have knowledge in import documentation & customs clearance process.

• Provide “Total Service” to our valued customers.
• Propose alternative solutions for discrepancy shipments.
• Constantly suggest and implement improvement measures.
• Support & coordinate closely with PM and Operations.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
• Comply with customer SOP.
• Generate customer reports (if applicable).
• Update clients on clearance progress.
• Ensure timely delivery and monitor clearance.
• Advise customers on shipment arrival.
• Manage the supply chain from pick-up to delivery.
• Perform any other delegated job functions.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Logistics/Business or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of Import Documentation experience in freight forwarding.
• Knowledge in ocean freight logistics operation process.
• Skills required: Detail-oriented, Time Management, Computer Literate, and proactive in problem-solving.
