Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Attending to in-bound calls and customers’ enquiries on the company’s services.
- Scheduling customers’ appointments and follow-up on appointments, blood test sessions, and other services.
- Managing customers’ database and ensuring up-to-date information is maintained.
- Preparing customers for consultation by measuring body profile, blood pressure, etc.
- Administering the replenishment of nutraceuticals, including packaging and tracking deliveries.
- Collecting payments for products and services.
- Issuing purchase and sales invoices when clients place orders.
Person Specification:
- Minimum STPM or diploma with 2 years’ experience in customer service.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Melayu, English, Mandarin, and Chinese dialects.
- Pleasant personality, proactive, responsible, and strong team spirit.
- Mature and able to work independently.
- Computer literacy. Additional skill in SQL system is a plus.
