Job Description
- Manage temporary unit request from customer whose car is in the workshop for more than 48 hours.
- Preparation of the car, uploading photos, and allocating it in the CRM system.
- Weekly preparation of the temporary car status.
- Assist with all marketing expenses and administration, including preparing purchase orders, invoices, and checking payment status with Finance.
- Preparation of merchandise to be sent to customers once orders are received from Shopee customers.
- Assist with administrative work required by the Marketing Department.
- Handle customer complaints escalated from different sources (i.e., call centre, email, customer tribunal).
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM2,800.00 – RM4,00.00 per month
