Job Description
As an Executive, Customer Operations Management, you will be responsible for efficiently managing and improving our customer service operations. Your role will involve overseeing a team of customer service representatives, monitoring their performance, and ensuring optimal customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and support.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer service operations and improve customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze customer service metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
- Resolve complex customer issues, escalating them when necessary, to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize processes and procedures related to customer operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience in customer service management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using customer service software and CRM systems.
