Job Description
Assist to ensure the compliance of Company Handbook & Policies is terms on Employee Benefits & entitlement.
Responsible for employees’ company insurance inclusive of renewal and claims.
Experience in Market Survey & Salary Benchmark.
Identify and set up Public Holidays in HRMS according to the State holidays applicable to respective employees on a yearly basis.
To attend to employees’ inquiries related to compensation and benefits issues.
To prepare monthly standard HR reports and ad-hoc reports as per superior’s request.
To file and maintain all Compensation & Benefits related records in an orderly manner for easy retrieval.
To handle new tasks assigned in respect of HR initiatives and projects.
