Job Description
Operational Responsibilities:
- To ensure car park is opened according to operational hours.
- To maintain cleanliness of signage, parking office, and car park vicinity.
- To monitor parking equipment services and stock levels of essential items.
- To conduct spot-checks on staff and carry out weekly team meetings.
Accounting Responsibilities:
- To ensure correct collection from Auto Pay Machine and safekeeping in the Counting Room.
Human Resource Responsibilities:
- To schedule duty roster, manage attendance, and control overtime claims.
- To ensure staff are well-trained, maintain discipline, and evaluate performance.
Customer Service Responsibilities:
- To handle complaints, maintain relationships with customers and tenants, and follow works orders.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,00.00 – RM3,500.00 per month
