Job Description

MyPeople is seeking a dedicated Executive Assistant to provide administrative support ensuring smooth daily operations. The successful candidate will liaise between the CEO and external stakeholders, facilitating communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities include planning and executing projects, managing correspondences, and financial projections. A Diploma in Business or related fields and at least 3 years of experience are required. Strong English skills are essential; proficiency in Chinese is a plus. Excellent organizational skills and professionalism are expected.

Pay: RM4,00 – RM5,500 per month
