Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant & Communication Strategist. In this role, you will play a key role in supporting the executive team, managing day-to-day operations, and developing effective communication strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage executive schedules, including organizing meetings, travel arrangements, and prioritizing tasks.
- Provide administrative support by handling correspondence, preparing reports, and managing documentation.
- Develop and implement communication strategies to enhance internal and external communication efforts.
- Create engaging content for various communication channels, including social media, website, and newsletters.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
- Monitor and analyze communication metrics to evaluate effectiveness and make strategic recommendations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Prior experience as an executive assistant or in a communication-related role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with communication tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to fast-paced environments.
