OPERATIONS & ADMINISTRATION
- Ensure smooth operations of Ar Rahnu & Kelana Emas.
- Assist HOD in monitoring daily operations of Ar Rahnu and Kelana Emas, such as gold pricing, daily reports, and system-related matters.
- Facilitate branch manager’s capital application by liaising with the accounts department without disrupting branch operations.
- Verify and authenticate all documents received from Branch Managers.
- Responsible for reviewing capital applications from each branch before forwarding them to the Accounts department.
- Provide annual training to Ar Rahnu and Emas staff.
- Assist in preparing monthly performance reports for each Ar Rahnu branch.

MARKETING
- Assist in planning and implementing effective marketing activities for each Ar Rahnu branch.
- Assist in marketing and selling Ar Rahnu auction items.
- Ensure achievement and exceedance of branch financing objectives according to the provided annual budget.

ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGER
- Carry out any official tasks assigned by KOPUTRA Board Members, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Support from time to time.
- Supervise subordinates in assisting operations and resolving their issues.
- Head office staff members are prepared to assist branch operations in case of staff shortage.
