Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced individual for the position of Executive, Accounts Receivable. This role is responsible for managing the company’s accounts receivable process and ensuring timely collection of payments from clients.
The main responsibilities of this position include:
- Monitoring and analyzing accounts receivable aging, identifying and resolving any discrepancies or issues.
- Communicating with clients to follow up on outstanding payments and resolve any billing inquiries or disputes.
- Collaborating with the sales and operations teams to ensure accurate and timely invoicing.
- Preparing regular reports on accounts receivable status and providing recommendations for improvement.
- Working closely with the finance team to reconcile accounts and resolve any outstanding issues.
