Job Description
1. Prepare exam timetables (1 month before) for Midterm, Final Examination, Resit.
2. Organize and ensure the exam flow, question papers are well prepared before the examinations start.
3. Ensuring all the question banks submitted by lecturers with answer script according to the deadline.
4. Checking on the formatting before printing examination questions after the vetting process.
5. Compile and store GPA/CGPA scores for every semester. Post the results on the notice board.
6. Key in examination questions into Testmoz or any other software (if any).
7. Prepare Turnitin Credential for every semester.
8. Prepare the Artwork task for Academic Affairs.
9. Undertake other tasks as directed by the management.
10. In charge of BOA meetings with academicians on a timely basis.
11. Coordinate the collection, marking, and moderating of midterm tests, final examinations, and resit among the academicians.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,00.00 – RM2,500.00 per month
