Job Description

Responsible for end-to-end project and event administration, planning, and management for all internal and external client events, including education, training, conferences, and seminars.

Provide on-site event support for registrations, set up, and other related assignments.

Maintain good customer relations and close contracts with existing customers, including after-sales service.

Responsible for scheduling and coordinating in a fast-paced professional environment, including preparation of event facilities and materials.

Assist in preparing documents and generating reports.

Screen and handle telephone calls and enquiries when appropriate.

On occasion, may be required to undertake other duties as required by management.
