Job Description

• Being involved in the full project cycle. From planning, sourcing, budgeting, production, set-up, and dismantling.
• Able to complete tasks within the budget and timeline.
• Manage pre-event, event day, post-event, and able to fulfill customers’ expectations and requirements.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively and efficiently with both internal and external parties to ensure events project is delivered as planned and agreed upon.
• Negotiate with third-party vendors to achieve the targeted profit without compromising the project’s quality and safety.
• Travel on-site to inspect setup and dismantle arrangements of the event.

Others:

Planning and creation of original creative content for Company Event & event related matters

Scheduling and publishing of such content Planning of online and offline campaigns to engage the community
