Job Description

Join our team at FARAHFRAGRANCE as an Event Assistant! Your role will involve supporting the execution of events efficiently.

Responsibilities include:

• Gathering and overseeing event information such as guest lists and schedules.
• Ensuring the event runs on time, including presentations and breaks.
• Troubleshooting any arising issues promptly.
• Collaborating with other teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Documenting events through photographs and reports.
• Ensuring the safety of all attendees and understanding emergency procedures.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic event management knowledge is a plus.

Salary: RM2,00.00 – RM3,00.00 per month.
