Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Visit assigned outlets according to a schedule and follow the instructions and guidelines provided by the company (minimum 3 outlets per day).
- Remain discreet and act as a normal customer while conducting the mystery shopping tasks.
- Purchase items as required and retain the receipts for reimbursement.
- Observe and evaluate the store environment, product quality, customer service, digital platforms, and other relevant factors.
- Prepare detailed observation findings in PowerPoint slides and outlet visit reports in Word document.
- Communicate with the company via phone or email as needed.
Requirements:
- Possess at least a high school certificate or equivalent.
- Own reliable transport and a valid driver’s license. Flexibility to travel nationwide.
- Ability to work on weekends and public holidays.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Malay.
- Good attention to detail and observation skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Ability to remain impartial and honest in your evaluations.
- Experience in mystery shopping, merchandising, customer service, retail is an advantage.
Job Type: Freelance
Salary: RM100.00 per day
