Job Description
Job Descriptions
1) Administrative Tasks
- Perform general administrative duties like answering calls, emails, and organizing estimation documents.
2) Reporting
- Report to Estimator Team Leader and maintain accurate project reports.
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and ensure proper project document recording.
- Maintain filing systems and compliance with regulations.
3) Development and Improvement
- Contribute ideas for enhancing efficiency in quotation preparation.
4) Operation
- Generate quotations accurately, manage tender projects, seek quotations, and study specifications.
- Prepare related tender documents and update pricing in the inventory system.
5) Learning
- Propose/Attend learning sessions and handle other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to interpret electrical diagrams, good communication, and time management skills.
- Fresh Graduates welcome, experience in estimation preferred.
