Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced ERP Assurance Manager to join our team at Novartis. As an ERP Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
Your main tasks will include conducting regular audits and reviews of our ERP systems, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies. You will also be responsible for analyzing data, identifying areas of improvement, and developing strategies to optimize system performance.
Additionally, as an ERP Assurance Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the security and integrity of our ERP systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data protection measures and proactively address any security vulnerabilities.
The ideal candidate for this position will have a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in ERP systems management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as excellent communication and leadership abilities.
