Job Description
We are currently looking for a highly skilled and motivated ERP Administrator to join our team at Tek Infotree Sdn Bhd. As an ERP Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the system’s efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness in supporting our company’s operations.
Key responsibilities:
- Installing, configuring, and customizing the ERP system to meet our company’s specific needs and requirements.
- Managing user access and security settings to protect confidential information.
- Performing regular system maintenance, including backups and updates.
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to users.
- Collaborating with other departments to identify and implement system enhancements and process improvements.
To be successful in this role, you should have a deep understanding of ERP systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Strong communication and analytical skills are also essential.
