Job Description
As an Employee Experience IT Specialist (Mandarin Speaking), you will play a key role in enhancing the overall IT experience for our Mandarin-speaking employees. This position involves providing technical support, troubleshooting IT issues, and ensuring seamless communication between IT teams and Mandarin-speaking staff.
Your responsibilities will include identifying IT needs specific to Mandarin-speaking employees, implementing solutions, and conducting training sessions to improve IT literacy. You will also collaborate with the HR department to align IT solutions with employee engagement strategies.
