Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Human Resource & Administration Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of human resource management and administration, ensuring smooth operations and efficient workflow within the organization.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment process, including job posting, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Handle employee performance management, including conducting evaluations and providing feedback.
- Administer employee benefits and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, including facilities management and procurement of office supplies.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in HR and administration. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a strong ability to multitask and prioritize deadlines.
