Job Description
We are currently seeking a dynamic and highly organized individual to join our team as an Executive Secretary. As an Executive Secretary, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the management team.
Your main responsibilities will include managing calendars, arranging meetings and appointments, handling correspondence, and organizing company events. You will also be expected to prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
Qualified candidates should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as you will be interacting with executives, clients, and other stakeholders on a regular basis. You should also have strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
