Job Information

Job Description

1. Assist and collaborate with the department in achieving production targets while maintaining safety, efficient operations, and meeting quality standards.
2. Responsible for work scheduling of employees, conducting inspections/monitoring to ensure accurate printing dates, product packaging, labeling, daily productivity output, and reporting any discrepancies to management.
3. Ensure timely production and compliance with established quality standards.
4. Supervise the production process and arrange production schedules based on targets and requirements.
5. Ensure all employees follow safety and health guidelines to prevent accidents.
6. Supervise and provide continuous motivation to all employees.
7. Resolve production issues and strive for continuous improvement in the production line, productivity increase, and waste reduction.
8. Maintain and update production records as required in the Standard Operating Procedures.
9. Monitor on-the-job training for employees in machine operations, processing, and packaging.
10. Assist the department head in workforce planning, machine condition check, and raw material preparation for smooth production operations.
11. Ensure cleanliness practices, such as 5S, are implemented in the production area and surroundings.
12. Evaluate the performance of subordinate employees for job confirmation and promotion/salary increment.
13. Coordinate with the Maintenance Department in monitoring machine cleanliness and good condition, as well as supervising cleaning tasks performed by sanitation staff.
14. Perform other assigned responsibilities by management.
