Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced EHS Specialist (Logistic / Warehouse) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees and facilities within the logistics and warehouse department.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing safety policies and procedures in compliance with regulations and industry standards.
- Conducting risk assessments and inspections to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Providing training programs to ensure employees are aware of safety protocols and procedures.
- Investigating and documenting incidents, accidents, and near misses to identify root causes and implement preventive measures.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address safety concerns and implement best practices.
- Monitoring and reporting on safety performance metrics to management.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in EHS management, particularly in a logistics or warehouse environment. A bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field is required. Professional certifications such as CSP or CHMM are highly desirable.
