Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Oversee lesson planning readiness, materials, and weekly activities.
- Review and submit children’s progress reports.
- Manage academic and operational activities of the center.
- Ensure a secure and safe environment, track attendance, and handle emergencies.
- Supervise staff performance and manage class activities for preschool and educare children.
- Coordinate with the principal for event planning and execution.
- Manage center appearance and holiday programs.
- Handle event-related multimedia creation and production.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Principal.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of relevant supervisory experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM3,500.00 – RM4,500.00 per month
