Job Description
· Pick & pack all orders for E-commerce
· Liaise with E-commerce team on returns and actions taken for returns
· Assist with Marketplace chats and customer enquiries
· Manage physical inventory and house-keeping for e-commerce stocks
· Assist to ensure all Online Order deliveries are picked up or dropped off at nearest drop-off point
· Report number of orders packed daily
· Able to work under pressure and multi-task
