Job Description
Location: Cyberjaya (Nearby MRT Cyberjaya Station)
Salary: RM2,600 + RM200 Shift Allowance + Up to RM500 KPI Allowance
Working Hours: From 8am – 12am (9 hours only) Rotational Shift
Working Days: 5 Days in a week (On rotational includes Weekend) / Off Days: 2 Days (On Rotational)
Preferred candidate able to join IMMEDIATELY ONLY.
OPEN FOR FRESH GRADUATE WITHOUT EXPERIENCE (Training provided)
Job Responsibilities:
- Handling inbound call/email/chat support in a timely manner.
- Perform the required call verification process prior to updating customers’ information or providing account information.
- Identify and handle customers’ enquiries completely and accurately with confidence.
Job Requirements:
- Min SPM/Diploma/Degree with 1 year working experience in Customer Service or Call Centre.
- Open for Fresh Graduates without experience (Training provided)
- Proficient and fluent in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English
- Team player and cooperative.
- Applicants should be Malaysian.
- Willing to work on shift hours and work at Cyberjaya.
