Job Description
Job Scope:
- Manage online orders on E-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, Facebook).
- Ensure product information is up-to-date.
- Respond to customer inquiries across platforms.
- Handle customer requests and manage follow-ups.
- Monitor product reviews and ensure satisfaction.
- Coordinate packing and shipment logistics.
- Upload product details and maintain SKUs.
- Assist with pricing and promotions.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM with credits in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Experience with E-commerce platforms.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Fresh graduates welcome.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,500.00 – RM1,600.00/month
