Job Description
Plan and execute Advertising and Promotional (A&P) campaigns to increase brand visibility and drive sales.
Oversee and manage activities on various e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and others.
Develop and run effective online advertising campaigns to reach target audiences and maximize product exposure.
Set, track, and achieve ambitious sales targets through proactive sales strategies, customer engagement, and effective conversion tactics.
Oversee and optimize various aspects of e-commerce operations, including website functionality, user experience, product listings, managing inventories, processing orders, online payments, order fulfillment, and customer service.
Engage in live streaming sessions on platforms/collaborate with live streamers via online or offline events to showcase products, answer queries, and drive sales through interactive sessions.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries, provide product information, and assist in resolving issues to ensure a positive customer experience.
Manage the end-to-end order processing workflow, from order placement to fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and related departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
