Position: E-Commerce Marketing

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage E-Commerce Shop(s) and marketplace systems.
• Organize promotions, liaise with shipping companies, and make advertising decisions.
• Monitor products and pricing, manage order reports, and check payment status.
• Respond to customer inquiries professionally and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in platforms like LAZADA and SHOPEE.
• Passion for E-Commerce and Digital Marketing.
• Excellent command of English and Bahasa Melayu.
• Must possess own transport and be self-motivated.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 – RM3,00.00 per month
