Job Description
An E-Commerce Manager is responsible for managing the online sales platforms of a company. This includes developing and implementing online marketing strategies, coordinating with internal teams such as marketing and logistics, and analyzing sales data to optimize online performance. The E-Commerce Manager should have a deep understanding of digital marketing, SEO practices, and e-commerce platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute online marketing strategies to increase online sales.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations of the e-commerce platforms.
- Analyze website traffic and sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and implement best practices.
- Manage and optimize product listings, ensuring accurate and compelling content.
- Monitor competitors’ online activities and make strategic recommendations.
- Oversee customer service for online channels, ensuring excellent customer experience.
Requirements:
