Job Description
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and tech-savvy individual to join our team as an E-Commerce & Live Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and executing our online sales strategies, as well as conducting live product demonstrations to engage and convert potential customers.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platform, ensuring smooth order processing, inventory management, and customer support.
- Implement and optimize online marketing campaigns to drive traffic, increase conversions, and enhance customer experience.
- Create engaging content and product listings that highlight the unique selling points of our products.
- Deliver live product demonstrations via online platforms to showcase product features and benefits, assisting customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
- Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations to improve performance and maximize revenue.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and online marketing techniques. Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential for conducting live product demonstrations effectively. Prior experience in e-commerce or digital marketing is preferred.
