Job Description
As an E-commerce Executive, you will play a vital role in the success of our online sales and marketing efforts. Your main responsibility will be to manage and optimize our e-commerce platforms, ensuring a seamless customer experience and driving sales growth.
You will be in charge of updating product listings, monitoring inventory, and coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery. Additionally, you will analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to maximize online sales.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing e-commerce platforms, preferably in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of online sales strategies and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in web analytics tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) principles
