Job Description
· Update, manage e-commerce platforms (e.g. Lazada, Shopee, e-commerce website)
· Develop strategies to increase online sales for all products
· Assist in creating marketing collateral and teaching material for technical products – FAQs, key selling points, case studies, etc.
· Monitoring and optimizing daily sales and product availability.
· Maintaining product listing, update of pricing, propose promo mechanism for all online platforms to ensure smooth customer purchase experience.
· Manage E-commerce orders, such as buyer orders, orders related issues and provide solutions to communicate between buyers, fulfillment, and internal team.
· Regularly check available campaign promotions in multi e-commerce platforms
· Regularly update multi e-commerce channels to support promotions, including updating homepages, promotional text & graphics, coupon code setup, and promo offer setup.
Identifying issues with the website and work closely with the team leader to solve issues that may arise.
Liaise with Customer Service Team to monitor online customer feedback and sales performance and work with all relevant departments to improve overall store performance
