Job Description
An exciting opportunity awaits for a skilled and passionate E-Commerce Executive to join our dynamic team.
As an E-Commerce Executive, you will be responsible for managing the online presence and growth of our e-commerce platform. Your main duties will include:
- Developing and implementing strategies to drive online traffic and sales
- Managing the company’s e-commerce website, ensuring optimal performance, and constantly improving user experience
- Monitoring and analyzing website metrics, making data-driven decisions
- Creating and managing digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and SEO
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to coordinate product launches and promotions
- Providing excellent customer service and handling customer inquiries and complaints
