Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated E-commerce Customer Service Representative to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a keen problem-solving ability, and a passion for helping customers. Experience in e-commerce or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
