Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as an E-Commerce & Channel Support Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the company’s e-commerce operations and managing various sales channels to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Managing and optimizing product listings on various e-commerce platforms.
- Monitoring and analyzing sales performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Coordinating with different departments to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
- Providing excellent customer support via multiple channels, including phone, email, and social media.
- Keeping up to date with industry trends and competitor activities to develop effective marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Prior experience in e-commerce operations or customer support is preferred.
- Proficiency in using various e-commerce platforms and software, such as Shopify or Magento.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer-centric approach.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
