Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated E-Commerce & Admin Executive to join our team at Baba Products (M) Sdn. Bhd. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our online store, handling administrative tasks, and supporting various e-commerce initiatives.
As an E-Commerce & Admin Executive, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing the day-to-day operations of our online store.
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Coordinating with suppliers and distributors for inventory management.
- Maintaining accurate records of transactions and customer data.
- Developing and executing marketing strategies to drive traffic and increase sales.
- Analyzing market trends and conducting competitor research.
To excel in this role, you should have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a good understanding of e-commerce platforms and technologies. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of digital marketing concepts are also desirable.
