Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as an E-Banking Customer Service Support. The ideal candidate for this position must be fluent in Mandarin and possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt and professional customer service to Mandarin-speaking clients via various communication channels, including email, chat, and phone.
  • Assist customers with inquiries and resolve issues pertaining to e-banking services, products, and transactions.
  • Engage in proactive communication to inform customers about new services and updates.
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Mandarin, both written and spoken.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior customer service experience is preferred.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and e-banking platforms.
