Job Description
As a Duty Manager, you will oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include managing staff, handling customer inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently. You will also be tasked with creating staff schedules, monitoring inventory, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
