Job Description
- Responsible for sending office documents or items.
- Responsible for maintaining the good condition and upkeep of the company car.
- Able to travel outstation if required.
- Must be available during office hours, including occasional late hours, weekends, or public holidays (OT claimable).
- Perform ad hoc duties assigned by the Director or Company’s representatives.
- Maintain service records and perform general maintenance on the vehicle(s), delivering them to a workshop when necessary.
- Ensure the cleanliness of the vehicle(s) inside and out, including periodic washing and vacuuming.
