Job Description
– Fetch and drop off students
– Assist on submission of documents to Government offices, banks and etc
– Core duties to manage daily dispatch works.
– Assist the filing work in the office.
– Assist in handling office equipment maintenance
– Assist office management according to instructions from time to time.
– To undertake any other special assignments as per instruction.
– Working hour (Monday to Friday – 7:30 am to 4:30 pm plus Compulsory OT 4:30 pm to 6:30 pm) and Saturday 8:00 am to 1:00 pm
