Job Description
- Opportunity to work with local & oversea customers, & to explore different projects – be it commercial or retail.
- Oversee the drafting of technical drawings, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to project specifications and standards.
- Responsible for full set of construction drawing/ shop drawing/ technical drawing upon awarded.
- To monitor all project development from inception, planning, designing, tendering, construction to complete within deadline.
- Familiar with CAD & SHOP drawing.
- Possess a strong understanding of construction detailing and methods to contribute to the development of high-quality, precise drawings.
- Technical discussion with internal department, e.g.: QS Dept, Project Team, etc.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to junior drafters to enhance their skills and ensure consistent quality in drawings.
- Work closely with project teams & client in both Malaysia and Singapore to understand the concept direction.
- Provide technical expertise to project teams and address any drawing-related queries or challenges that may arise during the course of a project.
- Support project teams on-site by addressing drafting-related issues to ensuring drawings are accurate.
- Manage drafting timelines to ensure the timely delivery of drawings in accordance with project schedules.
