Pay: RM2,00.00 – RM4,00.00 per month

Responsibilities: Ensure smooth communication by proofreading and distributing project emails and documents on time. Maintain and update filing and inventory systems; manage calendars and appointments; prepare meeting agendas and transcribe minutes; and coordinate document control procedures.

Job Requirements: Postgraduate diploma or equivalent in Civil or Construction Management; knowledge of ISO 9001, MS Office, MS Excel; fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
