Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Implementation of Document Control System – Controlling & maintaining project database, project filing as per ISO Standard.
- Support in Document Control.
- Physical Document Management.
- Document Control Audit – Organize, categorize, and maintain a centralized document of ISO auditing report.
Requirements:
- Dip/Deg in Document Management or any related field.
- MS Office Orientated.
- Min of 2 years experience in related industry.
- Experience in ISO standard document control.
- Able to work in challenging environment & willing to put in the necessary hours.
- An all-rounder with excellent multitasking abilities & a proactive approach to document control processes.
- Outstanding written & oral communication skills.
- Excellent spoken and written in English.
- Willing to travel.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: RM2,00.00 – RM3,00.00 per month
