Job Description
- Developing maintenance procedures and ensuring implementation.
- Carrying out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues.
- Checking to ensure the functionality.
- Developing maintenance procedures and ensuring implementation.

- Planning and overseeing all repair and installation activities.
- Allocating workload and supervising upkeep staff.
- Monitoring equipment inventory and placing orders when necessary.
- Monitoring expenses and controlling the budget for maintenance.
- Managing relationships with contractors and service providers.
- Keeping maintenance logs and reporting on daily activities.
- Ensuring health and safety policies comply with company and client requirements.
- Ensuring the team keeps track and follows up with regard to invoicing.
