Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Act in accordance with Safety Regulations, Report and Rootcause analysis and act as a Safety Ambassador
- Daily Collaboration with Customer Service on Customs Duty Payment, preparation and submission
- Monitor the execution of the shipment plan and make changes in collaboration with LSPs and customers where required to ensure OTIF delivery
- Other customs documentation preparation & submission (Excise 8, K2.. etc)
- Drive and support all daily operations involving Truck Planning Management, Logistics Service Provider Management and Customs Management
Requirements:
- Proficient in spoken & written English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Bachelor level in Supply Chain Management or its equivalent with 1 – 2 years’ experience working in Logistic & Distribution environment
- Proficient in MS Word/Excel/Powerpoint & SAP
- Team player, resourceful, analytical & good problem-solving skills
- Disciplined, punctual, proactive approach & great emphasis on meeting deadlines
