Job Description
Job summary:
Cover all picking, sorting, packing, checking, weighing, labeling, transferring goods and related activities in Distribution Center (DC) for Cold Chain
Job Responsibilities:
- To plan, organize in EDP process to ensure effective operation procedures and commitment to Healthcare Operations Quality Objectives and KPIs.
- To motivate, train, check and other activities relating to inbound EDP process in compliance with GxP, 7S and other areas related to Occupational, Safety & Health.
- To process, print inbound documents relating to EDP functions and or related documents accurately, checked and are accountable for accordingly to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), warehouse rules and regulations.
- To assist in maintaining up to date system housekeeping and integrity, checking all inbound documents and or any related documents and filling of processed inbound documents or any other related documents systematically and correctly for future reference.
- To report promptly to the Manager/Executive in charge if there are any incidences of in discipline of staff and other matters affect optimal performance of the warehouse operations.
- To report promptly to Manager/Executive in charge if there are irregularities matter not in accordance to the SOPs that will affect the Operations, Safety, Health and environment of the warehouse.
- To undertake any duties and responsibilities that be assigned by the Manager/Executive in charge and or the management.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum SPM Certificate or Diploma holder.
- To be self-reliant and carry out duties under minimal supervision.
